| Delivery charges**: i. �12 per address within Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya |
| Example: Address in KL. 6 boxes to the address. Therefore, the total cost
per box would be �25 plus �2 (�12/6) delivery charge. ii. �15 per address outside Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya within the Penisular Malaysia (We also forward personal belongings to SABAH and SARAWAK. Contact for details) |
| Transportation charges (�1 per box) for boxes collection outside M25 |
| Insurance charges (optional). Insurance premium is 2.75% of the declared value***. |
* Reccomended weight for the box is about 30kg. Excess weight is highly discouraged for reason of box security and integrity.
** It is advisable to share the same address among friends as to avoid the extra
address charges. The boxes would be sent to the address and you may later collect
your boxes from the designated address.
*** The insurance cover losses and theft only. We would handle your boxes as
profesional as possible but as minimise any possible damages, make sure you sealed frigile
belongings carefully using old newspaper or clothes. Last but not least state in the
form if you box(es) containing fragile materials. The insurance covered by Royal
